Frequently Asked Questions

You create a custom collection of words or phrases for your event, and Bingou generates unique bingo cards for each guest. During the event, you draw words live and guests mark their cards from their phones. First to complete a row wins!

It's free to try. You can build your bingo, make a few sample cards, and run a real draw for 30 minutes without paying anything — enough to see exactly how it works. To run it at your actual event you pick a plan based on how many guests you're expecting, and you pay once. No subscription.

No app needed. Guests simply scan a QR code or tap a link and they're playing — right from their phone's browser. Works on any device.

Yes! Create your collection and customize your cards anytime. Your plan's play timer only starts when you draw your first word — so you can prepare days or weeks ahead and nothing counts down until the big day.

Never. Bingou only charges the host (that's you). Guests join and play completely free. Any event-related prizes or fees are entirely managed by you.
